How the Embossing Process Works, Step by Step
Every order we run follows the same basic route, even though the parameters change with the base cloth and the pattern:
- Base fabric selection, where we choose a warp-knitted polyester velvet, a jacquard velvet, or a laminated base according to the target weight and stretch.

- Vacuum gently with a brush attachment rather than a rotating beater bar.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth instead of rubbing the pile.
